Shipping costs & tracking
Items are shipped via PostNL and can be tracked by their website www.postnl.nl/directregelen or for international shipments www.internationalparceltracking.com
- Shipping within the Netherlands:
The costs are €4,00 or €7,00 (depending on the jewellery) and will be delivered in a track&trace package. Free shipping from €300,-
- Shipping to Belgium and Germany:
The costs are €9,00 and will be delivered in a track&trace package. Free shipping from €300,-
- Shipping within Europe (EUR1 zone):
The costs are €14,00 and will be delivered in a track&trace package. Free shipping from €400,-
- Shipping within other countries in Europe (EUR2 zone):
The costs are €19,00 and will be delivered in a track&trace parcel. Free shipping from €400,-
- Shipping to countries outside EU:
The costs are €29,00 and will be delivered in a track&trace parcel. Free shipping from €500,-
Availability & Delivery
- The estimated production time before shipment is stated at every item.
- Items are normally shipped within 5 working days (after payments are received by us)
- You always receive an email after your order, in which we confirm the order, and inform you about the delivery time and shipment.
- Some items have a longer delivery time, because of limited stock in sizes etc. This is stated at the relevant items.
- Items will only be shipped after receiving of the payment.
- If you need your ordered item before a specific date, please let us know and we’ll do our best to deliver the item on time.
- Please note that bank transfers from foreign countries to The Netherlands may take some days to process, and therefore you should take this into account if you want to receive an item before a certain date.
- After a parcel is handed out to the postal services we have no control over the shipment. Due to covid-19 and for example the weeks before christmas, shipments sometimes take longer than expected. Please consider this before ordering in the shop.
- For custom made and one-of-a-kind pieces you always have to deposit 50% of the total amount before we start the design. After the design is finished you need to make the payment for the remaining 50% and the item will be send after we’ve received the payment.
- If you are not satisfied with the item ordered, please state this within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Damage from shipping needs to be proven by photographs and Danielle Vroemen does not have to except all reports and does not ensure you get your money back. If there is no evidence of damage due to shipping Danielle Vroemen will not compensate the order amount.
- If you return items ordered, you have to pay for the shipping costs yourself, Danielle Vroemen does not compensate the shipping costs, even when you return one part of a order.
- Please take care of choosing the right sizes.
- Custom made and one-of-a-kind orders can’t be returned and will not be refunded.
